2. Orders, Fulfillment & Inventory Availability
Placing an Order
Orders for skincare, beauty, and wellness products may be placed directly through www.plerootherapeutic.com. Upon successful checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and payment confirmation.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Inventory Availability
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels. In the event an item is unavailable or backordered, you will be notified promptly and offered an appropriate resolution, including a refund or substitution when applicable.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted immediately. Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.
3. Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We currently ship products within the United States.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery timelines do not include order processing time.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. If your shipment is delayed, lost, or returned, please contact us promptly so we may assist in resolving the issue.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Product Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products, as well as items marked final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Service Appointments
Policies for service appointments booked through our scheduling platform may differ and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.

We accept major credit and debit cards and may offer additional payment options, including Amazon Pay.
